Beale Street Music Festival 2011 Lineup and Tickets, Info Available

The Beale Street Music Festival 2011 lineup has now been unveiled. Music fans will flock to the upcoming event, to hear some of the top artists.
So who's on tap for the big event? According to The Commercial Appeal, headlining the show could be John Mellencamp, Stone Temple Pilots, Ke$ha, Godsmack, and rapper Ludacris. These acts are currently unconfirmed, but Cee-Lo Green, Jimmie Vaughn, and Bettye LaVette have been confirmed. The Memphis in May website has the official lineup posted here which shows many more artists, including B.o.B, Mumford & Sons, and Ziggy Marley on the listing.

The Beale Street Music Festival 2011 is scheduled to take place in Memphis from April 29 to May 1 at the Tom Lee Park. Early passes have sold out for $49 and $59, with full passes selling for $69 starting today through April 18. There will also be single-day tickets at $30 and gate tickets for $37 on each day of the shows. Ticket purchase info can be seen at Ticketmaster.

This definitely seems to be one popular event in Memphis for music fans. Judging by the names that have been both confirmed and unconfirmed, this sounds like an event that shouldn't be missed!
